I will be honest. This is the only one of the One on Ones I am reviewing without doing the workout a few times. I usually convert pull-ups to band exercises because of an old shoulder injury, and with this one I just could not figure out how to convert them all, but here is what I came up with.

Tony’s exercises are:

  4. Knee Up Pull-Up
  5. Stability Ball Plank Crunch6. Plyo Ball Push-Ups
  6. Big Ball Crunch

  9. Sphinx Push-Ups (Extreme Version)

My band version is:

It is an insane workout. The few times I have done it, it has completely wiped me out. As Tony says, this is a sandwich workout: an upper body, a pull, a core exercise and then a push with a ball. Once you’ve done the 10 then repeat!

One on One with Tony Horton has been on the market a little over a year, from Beachbody. It started when Tony turned 50 as a subscription service, because so many fans of his other programs were looking for more workouts with Tony.
