Step #1: Build Your Tribe Of Loyal Followers With Bracelets & Charms

Step by step, I’ll show you how you can turn a small YouTube channel into over $420,000 a year… by working less than 3 hours a day!

Yes, this strategy requires a bit of work when getting started…

But once you get going it’s as easy as pressing the record button on your smartphone and it will work for years to come.

All right, here we go…

The first step is to build a loyal tribe of followers.

Because YouTube is a search engine like I mentioned earlier, it is one of the best platforms to use to grow your tribe.

That’s because you can use it to find the problems your market is searching for right now.

If you go to the YouTube Search Bar right now and type in a problem that you provide the solution to…

It will auto populate with all of the problems your ideal customers are actively searching.

Here’s an example…

Let’s say you’re a dog trainer, then you would search for what dog owners need help with.

I call this the Bracelet & Charm method.

The main problem keyword “How To Train Your Dog” is the Bracelet keyword and the sub problem keywords like “How To Train Your Dog TO SIT” are the Charm keywords.

Next, create short 5-7 minute videos a few times a week on those Charm keywords… giving a few tips or tricks to help your ideal customers solve these problems.

This allows you to build a sincere relationship with your prospects, become their hero before you ever make them any type of offer, and earn their trust.

They then start to assume that you have the answers to all of their problems.

You don’t need a large channel to do this…

In fact, I only have 363 subscribers on the channel that I use to generate over $35,000 dollars a month of passive income.

Step #2: Weed Out The Freebie Seekers

Next, you want to provide more help to the prospects that need it but at a premium price.

So here’s what you do…

In every YouTube video, offer your viewers the opportunity to get a free coaching call with you, in the hopes that they will purchase a product or service by the end of the call.

This may seem like a difficult task, but all it takes is proper product/service positioning…

More on this in a second, but before we even get to the call, you should make them fill out a Google Form to prequalify them.

The trick here is to have two types of questions…

TYPE 1: Buying Likelihood Questions

These questions will allow you to get rid of the freebie seekers and tire-kickers…

So that you can get on the phone with potential customers that are serious.

TYPE 2: Root Cause Questions

These questions allow you to learn more about the deepest problems serious prospects are having…

So that you can identify the root cause of your prospect’s problems before you ever even meet with them.

This allows you to be prepared to provide them with the best and most detailed solutions — when you do get on the phone with them — making them feel like that solution is tailored specifically to them.

Time is money, especially when you are getting on the phone with potential customers…

Which is why it is important to weed out those prospects who are really just looking for a freebie or quick fix.

Keeping these major aspects in mind will help you formulate the right questions to ask when creating your specific “Pre Qualifying” Google Form.

Now let’s get into the final but most powerful step of the process…

This is where we turn your viewers into thousands of dollars.

Step #3: Turn Those Viewers Into Hundreds Of Thousands Of Dollars

Once you get rid of the freebie seekers…

You then want to schedule a call with the prospects that you can tell are serious and aren’t going to waste your time.

This usually means doing more than just reading over the intake form entries but also emailing back and forth with them a few times to feel them out even more.

Once finally on the phone with the prospect, you should position your coaching service as the solution to their problems, whatever those problems may be.

That means your service is adaptable.

Don’t get too caught up on what your product or service is.

It could be a training course, event, personal training…

All your prospect cares about is their problem and the fastest way to the solution. The method that you use to provide that solution doesn’t matter.
