In my experience of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I’ve seen too often great ground grapplers lose in grappling competitions because they were not able to bring and keep their opponent to the ground effectively enough to use their technical know-how thoroughly… This video offers a different view from training sequences with a global approach!
