Functional Patterns 10-Week Online Course 2.0
Functional Pattern’s 10-Week Online Course. Focuses on myofascial release and postural correction. It is the primer that is suggested before taking their Functional Training Systems course.
FP originally released the 10-Week course as a series of roughly 10 videos, (one per week) of material. They have since rerecorded the material (multiple videos per week breaking down each technique) and changed some of the way it is presented. This version is the updated (and as of this description, current) iteration.
